"The reason volunteer for Michigan Tech is to give back to the University that laid the foundation for my success in my career. Michigan Tech course work prepared me to 'think differently' about problem solving. Throughout my career with the help of 'Tech Tenacity', I’ve been able to apply problem solving skills acquired at Tech to bring creative solutions for complex business problems. Michigan Tech helped shaped the person that I am.
"I can remember my high school graduation party, a family member, and MTU alumnus asked me where I was going to college. I proudly responded, Michigan Tech. His response to me was, 'if you can get through Michigan Tech, you will be able to get through anything in life.' His words still hold true today as they did back at my high school graduation party."

"I volunteer for Michigan Tech because the university has made a big impact on my life and the lives of others.
