Tomorrow Needs You.

First-Year Students

First-year students are those who have completed their junior year of high school or have graduated from high school or earned their GED (or other high school equivalency), and have not taken college classes following high school graduation. If you completed college courses while in high school or are part of an early/middle college program, you're considered a first-year student.

Transfer Students

You are a transfer applicant if you graduated from high school AND took at least one college course following high school graduation (even if you did not complete the course or received a grade that did not demonstrate your best work). Students enrolled in an early/middle college program are considered first-year students for admission and scholarship purposes.

International Students

Students with dual US citizenship should not apply as international students, even if they currently reside outside of the United States. These students should apply as domestic first-year or domestic transfer students.

This involves applying to specialized programs that delve deeper into specific disciplines or prepare students for professional careers.
