A scholarship opportunity for Michigan students

Michigan Tech's Presidential Scholars Program rewards academically talented first-year undergraduate students who are Michigan residents. Students are automatically considered for this scholarship at time of admission; no separate application is necessary.

Presidential Scholars Program

Incoming first-year students are considered for awards ranging from $1,000 up to $5,500 per year based on your cumulative high school GPA and SAT or ACT score. These awards are renewable for four years (eight semesters) of study.

Official ACT or SAT scores are required for consideration of this award. If you did not submit official test scores with your application for admission, please have these sent from the testing agency or your school counselor as soon as possible. You can give your school counselor this form to have scores reported at no charge to you.
