Weekday Tours

Campus tour registration for the spring is now available.

  • Please note: All campus visit events at Michigan Tech are scheduled in the eastern standard timezone.
  • At this time, Michigan Tech requires everyone to wear face coverings while indoors on campus. For additional information, please visit MTU Flex.
  • Please use Google Chrome, Firefox, or Safari as your browser when registering for a campus tour. If you are using another browser, you may not be able to submit the registration form.

The morning visit begins at 10:15 a.m. ET and includes:

  • an Admissions presentation
  • a walking tour of campus with a current student as your guide
  • a complimentary lunch in Wadsworth Hall
  • an informational meeting with the academic department of your choice (recommended for high school sophomores and older)
  • a VIP pass to Tech's golf course, ski hill, Student Development Complex (with workout facility, pool, basketball courts, and more), trails, athletic and arts events, and mineral museum. Note, availability is dependent on guidelines and procedures.

The afternoon visit begins at 12:00 p.m. ET and includes:

  • an Admissions presentation
  • an informational meeting with the academic department of your choice (recommended for high school sophomores and older)
  • a walking tour of campus with a current student as your guide
  • a VIP pass to Tech's golf course, ski hill, Student Development Complex (with workout facility, pool, basketball courts, and more), trails, athletic and arts events, and mineral museum. Note, availability is dependent on guidelines and procedures.

Saturday Tours

Saturday tours are offered during the academic year and include an Admissions and Financial Aid presentation at 9:00 a.m. ET, a walking tour of campus, VIP passes, and a (optional) complimentary lunch in Wadsworth Hall. Saturday visits don't include a meeting with an academic department, except during Open House and Preview Day.

Depending on the time of year you visit (and social distancing practices), you'll enjoy access to Michigan Tech athletic events, Mont Ripley Ski Hill, our athletic facility and Michigan Tech Trails, Portage Lake Golf Course, Gates Tennis Center, A.E. Seaman Mineral Museum, Visual and Performing Arts and Rozsa Center "Presenting Series" events, as well as Outdoor Adventure Program rentals (excluding watercraft).
