'84Janet earned a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from Michigan Tech in 1984. After working in the software industry for 12 years, she returned to school to earn her master’s in Computer Science in 1999 and doctorate in Computer Science in 2005, both from Worcester Polytechnic Institute. '95, '96Upendra (Upen) Puntambekar is vice president at Intel Corporation. He holds master’s degrees in applied physics and computer science from Michigan Technological University. Upen’s career started with Qualcomm covering various roles in design, development and commercialization efforts through the evolution of Qualcomm’s CDMA, 3G and 4G IP product portfolio.
