Involvement Link

Involvement Link is your link to life outside the classroom!  It is the official program used to manage all registered student organizations (RSO) at Michigan Tech.

What Can Involvement Link Do For You?
Want to learn more about what Involvement Link can do for you? Visit our blog for helpful guides to making the most out of your org profile.

Involvement Link, our RSO database, includes organization portals, an events calendar, and organizational news. Parents, staff, faculty, and prospective students can see our entire list of Registered Student Organizations, in addition to upcoming events. Current students may join any open organization, or be invited by one of the officers.

Student Leadership and Involvement uses Involvement Link data for official University business to verify members involvement on University documents, or to send important messages to officers and advisors. For these reasons, it is important for registered student organizations to update their Involvement Link page frequently.

Presidents are required to fill out our E-Board Position Update Form when officer transition happens. All new officers are required to complete online training before the changes are reflected on your roster. Information will be shared with officers via email once the form is completed.

If you are listed on Involvement Link as an officer within your organization, you have administrative privileges to your page by default.  When officers leave their positions, it is important that the president fills out the E-Board Position Update Form so that new officers can gain access to the page.  Officers should add and delete members immediately as changes occur.

Questions about Involvement Link can be directed to our staff by emailing rso@mtu.edu, or stopping by our office, Student Leadership and Involvement - MUB 112, or calling  906-487-1963.

Remember, if a student organization is not listed on Involvement Link, then it is NOT a registered student organization at Michigan Technological University.
