The National Survey of Student Engagement (NSSE) annually collects information from
first-year and senior undergraduate students across the country. The results give
an estimate of how undergraduates spend their time at college and what they gain from

About the FSSE -
The Faculty Survey of Student Engagement (FSSE) was designed to complement the National
Survey of Student Engagement (NSSE), which is administered to undergraduate students.
The FSSE version focuses on the perceptions and expectations of instructional staff.
