Successful students

The Student Success Summit brings together university scholars, practitioners, administrators, and students to share and unpack strategies that promote student retention, persistence, graduation, and general success while at Michigan Tech. We reaffirm the idea that student success is a collective and collaborative institutional responsibility.

Student Success Summit

This year’s inaugural summit will help MTU faculty and staff develop an understanding of change leadership based on Elrod, Kezar and Gonzalez’s Change Leadership Model. We will also address how we can identify levers for change that can be used in conjunction with leadership actions to create a collective plan for meeting our goals for student success.

The summit is an initiative led by Student Affairs and in collaboration with the Provost’s Office.
