Faculty and staff who wish to offer a course or workshop can submit information about the course to Research Integrity.
Fifteen areas of responsible conduct of research have been identified as essential areas of knowledge for students by the federal government. Faculty can develop their course based on these identified content areas and must cover at least six out of eight identified topics for the advanced RCR training. They may download the specific learning objectives to use as a resource for course development. Faculty may submit their syllabus for review to Research Integrity.
This information will be reviewed by a committee appointed by the vice president for research and dean of the Graduate School. As courses are approved, they will be added to the RCR curriculum.
