The Computing Revolution

Connect with Michigan Tech alumni at an Innovators in Industry event, November 1. The College of Computing will host an Innovators in Industry event on Monday, November 1, 2021, at 7 pm, via Zoom. Featured alumni--from Netflix, Intel Corp, Poly, and Sony Innovation Fund-- will make short presentations with time for questions and answers from the audience. The event aims to give students direct access to industry experts, leaders, and influencers to help shape their paths. Learn more and get the Zoom link here.

C++ Learning Session
The Robotic Systems Enterprise will host a virtual learning session for the C++ programming language on Sat., Oct. 30, from 1-2 pm. All majors welcome. The main focus of the session is to help people learn or get interested in programming.

Design Your Career Workshop 
The workshop presents opportunities to identify and assess your career interests, design career goals, and establish mechanisms to get what you want out of life. The 3-week workshop meets Wednesdays, 5-6:30 pm, beginning November 3.  Students can sign up here.


Keep in mind these three-credit engineering communication courses, as you prepare for registration; open to all CC and CoE graduate students. Both three-credit courses meet the Advanced Responsible Conduct of Research requirement.

  • MEEM 6010 Engineering Research Communication (CRN 13205, On-campus or online if demand warrants)

Computing Learning Center


Computing Learning Center

The College of Computing Learning Center is open for business, on-campus and in-person! The CCLC, in Rekhi Hall, is staffed by upper-level undergraduate students and supported by Michigan Tech's College of Computing. The coaches can help with homework, broad topics, programming tips, and more, Sunday through Friday from 2-5 pm and 7-10 pm. Just stop in and get the help you need for success in your computing courses. Appointments are available but not necessary.
