James C. Mallory

Mr. Mallory began his career at Ford Motor Company, working there for 17 years in various manufacturing management roles. He joined Allis-Chalmers as Director of Manufacturing Services in 1985, and moved to Siemens Power Corporation in 1987 where he rose to become Vice President of Operations. Upon his retirement from Siemens, he formed his own consulting company JC Mallory & Co International Consulting.  Jim graduated from Kingsford High School in 1942, and served in the U.S. Navy Air Corps during World War II.

Jim was a registered professional engineer and served as a Trustee for the Michigan Tech Fund. He was awarded the Michigan Tech Board of Control Silver Medal in 1990. During his career, he served on the Executive Board of the Industrial Development Research Council, and on the Board of Directors, Florida/Korea Economic Cooperation Commission and the Florida Council of International Development.

James Mallory was inducted into the Academy of Metallurgical and Materials Engineering at Michigan Tech in 2000.
