Ruth joined the Air Force in 1980, an Honor Graduate from basic training, and was stationed at Kl Sawyer Air Force Base as an Avionic Instrument Systems Technician. The Air force selected her to attend Michigan Technological University in 1984. Lyman Morikawa earned the degree Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from Michigan Technological University in 1971 and was commissioned into the US Army Corps of Engineers. He continued on to receive a Master of Business Administration from the University of Hawaii in 1990. After leaving Michigan Tech, he worked at the Hawaiian Commercial & Sugar Company (HC&S) in factory automation and power generation . . .

Mr. Pruneski joined Chrysler Engineering following graduation. He held executive positions at Ford Motor Company and Eaton Corporation rising to General Manager of Eaton Corporation Brake Division. In 1982 Jim moved to Abex Corporation and was promoted in 1984 to head all of Abex Friction Operations in the United States, Canada, Mexico and Europe. After graduation Donald Moore joined McGraw Edison’s Power Systems Division as an Apparatus Engineer which included power system simulation tool development. In 1978, Don founded PLM Technologies a power system engineering business. By 1984, PLM grew into a full service power engineering design and construction firm operating in five states.
