Lawrence Laurich earned the degrees Bachelor of Science and Master of Science in Electrical Engineering from Michigan Technological University in 1965 and 1966, respectively. Franklin Weigold was born in St. Charles, Michigan. He earned the degree Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from Michigan Tech in 1960, and went on to earn an MBA from the University of Pittsburgh.
