What's included in the Rozsa season ticket package?
Skip the rush and eliminate the risk of a sold-out show. The Rozsa Presenting Series
season ticket package goes on sale two weeks before individual tickets are released.
Pick your seats to each show before anyone else. Whether you love the front row or
prefer the view from the tier, season ticket package holders get first choice!
Change your seats for any show with help from our Box Office. The standard seat-exchange
fee is waived for season ticket package holders.

Choose your preferred delivery method
The Rozsa's ticketing system offers three ways to receive and manage your season tickets:
Mobile Tickets
Download your tickets directly to your Apple Wallet or Google Wallet. Simply open your confirmation email you used to create your vivenu account, and
save your tickets to your smartphone wallet for easy entry.
Print-at-Home (PDF)
Enjoy the flexibility of printing your tickets at home. This option allows you to
have a paper copies ready to go before you head to the venue.
Physical Tickets
Purchase your season ticket package in person at the Rozsa Box Office or by phone
during operating hours, or order online and pick up at a later date. If you order
online, please have your confirmation number ready when you arrive so our team can
locate and print your tickets.
Note: Will-call ticket packages must be picked up prior to August 20, 2026. The Rozsa Center
does not mail physical tickets. Your purchase is subject to the terms listed on our
Ticket Policies page.

Where do I go to purchase season tickets?
Season ticket packages can be purchased online at rozsatickets.com, or by phone or in-person at the Rozsa Box Office during business hours.
Packages are available until September 12, 2026, or while supplies last. There is
a limit of eight (8) ticket packages per guest transaction. Because all distribution
points access the same real-time inventory, packages and high-demand events may sell
out rapidly. If ticket packages sell out, individual presenting series tickets will
still be available starting August 6, 2026 at 11:11 p.m., while supplies last.

Can I substitute tickets for a different show?
No. This package is valid exclusively for the eight events in the 2026/27 Rozsa Presenting
Series. Substitutions for non-series events are not permitted, and tickets can not
be exchanged for other dates of the same event. Based on guest interest, we hope to
explore more package options in future seasons.

Can I transfer tickets to another person?
Yes, you are welcome to gift tickets to another guest, or resell tickets following
the Ticket Resale Policy. If you need assistance transferring your ticket, contact the Rozsa Box Office.

If I can't make it to an event, can I get a refund?
All ticket package sales are final, and no refunds will be issued for unattended events.

How do I receive my season tickets?
After purchase, one ticket to each Presenting Series event will be delivered to the
email address you have set up on your vivenu account. You can download and print the
PDF tickets at home, or add the digital tickets to your Apple or Google Wallet.
If you selected physical tickets, please visit the Rozsa Box Office during box office
hours with your confirmation number, and our team will locate and print the tickets
for you to pick up. All ticket packages must be picked up prior to August 20, 2026.
Yes. Season ticket holders can move to any available seat for their selected date
for free with help from our Box Office. The standard seat-exchange fee is waived for
season ticket holders.

Some Restrictions Apply
Refunds & Exchanges
All ticket package sales are final, and no refunds will be issued for unattended events.
However, your tickets are fully transferable. If you cannot attend a scheduled event,
you are welcome to gift or resell your tickets at face value (at cost) to another
guest.
Ticket Resale Policy
Tickets may not be resold for more than their posted market value. The Rozsa Center
reserves the right to invalidate tickets and restrict or permanently revoke future
purchasing privileges for any individual found in violation of this policy.
Package Exclusions
This package is valid exclusively for the 8 events in the Rozsa Presenting Series.
Ticket substitutions for other non-series events are not permitted. This package excludes
admission to the Class Acts series, Visual and Performing Arts series events, Rental
events, and special fundraising events such as the Rozsa Soirée.
Purchase Limits
To ensure fair access for our entire community, there is a strict limit of eight (8)
ticket packages per guest transaction.
