Graduate Students Guide

Beginning in fall 2025, all graduate students will have access to an online Academic Audit. On your Academic Audit, you will find the curricular requirements for the academic credentials you are pursuing (degrees or certificates). Your audit will include:

  • All of the courses you have completed.
    • If you started after fall 2022 and have not completed a Degree Schedule, you will see how your courses satisfy your program’s requirements.
    • If you started after fall 2022 and have already submitted a Degree Schedule, you will see a list of courses completed on your Academic Audit.
    • If you started before fall 2022, you will see a list of courses completed, and will need to complete a Degree Schedule.
  • A list of any additional program requirements.
  • A link to your graduation application (required for every credential you earn).
  • A list of Graduate School requirements (examples include qualifying exams and thesis status).

You can find links to your Academic Audit and all University systems on Experience.
