Safe Driving
Safety is our top priority when it comes to rental vehicles, and it should be the top priority for all drivers as well. The safe operation of Husky Motors vehicles is a shared responsibility between the driver and all passengers.
While accidents can occur, failure to follow Husky Motors policies and procedures or to comply with all safety regulations may result in the rental group being held responsible for any damages or associated costs. If it is determined that the driver was negligent, violated policies, or failed to follow motor vehicle laws, all resulting charges will be the responsibility of the rental group.
- Husky Motors Financial Responsibilities

- Make appropriate arrangements to get the rental group back to Houghton if the broke-down vehicle can't be repaired in a reasonable amount of time.
