Biography

Dr. Rouleau is an interdisciplinary scholar with a background in computer science, political science, international relations, and computational social science. His work uses a mixed-methods approach to develop tools for policy analysis, sustainability assessment, and a wide range of evaluation topics in the areas of environmental management, land-use land-cover change, social complexity, sustainable development, and integrated STEM education.
