Make the Dean's List

To qualify for the Dean's List, a student must meet the following minimum requirements:

  • Be an enrolled undergraduate at Michigan Tech.
  • Complete 12 or more GPA credits in the qualifying semester.
  • Reach or exceed a GPA of 3.50 in the qualifying semester.

Request an Absence

The University expects students to attend all scheduled class times unless an absence is excused under the attendance policy.

  • For absences of 3 or more days or if you missed a major assignment, exam, or other graded requirement of the class, you may request an excused absence by completing the Absence Request Form

  • If your absence is fewer than 3 days, please work directly with your instructor to make arrangements for making up the work you missed.
