JED Campus Alumni Badge 2022

Michigan Tech is a JED Campus alumni. We are committed to bolstering student mental health and well-being.

If you are currently experiencing a mental health emergency: Call TELUS Health (877-376-7896) or enter the TELUS Health app on your phone and indicate you have an emergency. You will be connected to a licensed counselor. Alternately, if on campus, call Public Safety at 906-487-2216, or dial 911. Other places to get help: The emergency department at U.P. Health--Portage (the hospital in Hancock) or dial 988 to access the National Suicide and Crisis Lifeline.

Chang K. Park Center for Student Wellness

The Chang K. Park Center for Student Wellness, located between the Memorial Union and Administration buildings, will advance student emotional, physical, and mental health by expanding campus capacity for integrated care, strengthening prevention and awareness efforts.
