Kim Hilton, also known as Chemical Kim, earned a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry and a Secondary Education Certification at Michigan Technological University in 1991. During her time at Tech, she was an active member of the student chapter of the American Chemical Society, a sister of Alpha Sigma Tau sorority, a lab assistant, a chemistry tutor and a participant in cross country and track. Ping Yang graduated from Michigan Tech with a PhD in Chemistry in 2005 and is the Deputy Director of the G.T. Gary Krasicky graduated from Michigan Tech with high honors, earning a BS in Chemistry in 1977. That same day, he was commissioned as an Air Force second lieutenant and then attended the University of Michigan Medical School on a Health Professions Scholarship.
