
Dr. Ian Bogost
Washington University - St. Louis
Dr. Ian Bogost is an interdisciplinary scholar and award-winning game designer, holding the Barbara and David Thomas Distinguished Professorship in Arts & Sciences at Washington University in St. Louis, with faculty appointments in Film & Media Studies, Art & Design, and Computer Science & Engineering. As a Founding Partner of Persuasive Games LLC and Contributing Editor at The Atlantic, Bogost bridges academic research and creative practice. His independent games - including Cow Clicker and A Slow Year (winner of Vanguard and Virtuoso awards at IndieCade 2010) - address social and political issues and have been widely exhibited. Dr. Bogost has authored or co-authored 10 books, discussing how video games (and digital media more broadly) impact culture, communicate ideas, shape thought, and reflect human relationships with technology and play. He earned his BA (Phil., Comp. Lit.) from USC and MA & PhD in Comparative Literature from UCLA.

Dr. Zhiqiang Lin
Ohio State University
Dr. Zhiqiang Lin is a Distinguished Professor of Engineering and Director of the Institute for Cybersecurity and Digital Trust (ICDT) at The Ohio State University. His research focuses on systems and software security, with an emphasis on automated binary analysis for vulnerability discovery, malware analysis, and mobile app security. He has published over 170 papers, many of which appeared in the top-4 venues of cybersecurity. He is an IEEE Fellow, a recipient of multiple awards including NSF CAREER, AFOSR YIP, Outstanding Faculty Teaching, Distinguished Paper Award from IEEE S&P, Distinguished Artifact Award from NDSS, and Distinguished Reviewer Award from CCS. He received his Ph.D. in Computer Science from Purdue University.

Dianne Marsh
Retired - Formerly Netflix
Dianne Marsh graduated from Michigan Tech with both bachelors (1986) and masters (1992) degrees. Her career as a software professional spanned a variety of industries in diverse domains ranging from analytical instrumentation to human genomics. She co-founded a technology consulting firm that focused on helping companies stay at the forefront of software innovation. Her career culminated in two director-level roles at Netflix, in Engineering Tools and Consumer Product Security & Trust. Marsh has recently retired from her full-time career and is now dedicating her time to new adventures, including volunteer work and advisory roles, in addition to making the most of her newfound freedom by embracing her passion for traveling and biking, swimming, and hiking as much as she possibly can.
