Bonnie Boberg

Bonnie completed her Bachelor of Science and Master of Science degrees in Mathematics from Michigan Technological University in 1973 and 1975 respectively. In August 1998 Bonnie was appointed by the National Security Agency’s Directorate of Operations to serve as a Technical Director in the Office of Analysis, Production and Corporate Services within the Cryptanalysis Group. Prior to that, she served for more than two years as Chief of an Analysis and Production Division. In 1997, Bonnie graduated from the Mid-Level Leadership Program. As part of this training program, she served for two years as Deputy Chief of various Analysis and Production Divisions within the Cryptanalysis Group. Prior to her assignment as division manager, she served for seven years as Branch Chief of various applied research branches within the Directorate of Operations. Ms. Boberg began employment with NSA in 1975 and is certified as a Mathematician and Cryptanalyst. Bonnie is currently resides in Gambrills, Maryland, with her husband Sigmund. He is also a Cryptologic Mathematician with NSA.
