ASPIRE User Access

Different ASPIRE users have different access, based on their role at the University and is managed through the use of Banner security classes. Student and Human Resources classes are controlled by their respective areas.

Below is a list of the different ASPIRE users:

  • space coordinator
  • department coordinator
  • deans, department chairs, center/institute directors
  • non-space coordinator (i.e. equipment coordinators)
  • schedulers
  • advisors
  • human resources

Space and Department Coordinators and non-space coordinators need to request ASPIRE access; it is not granted automatically.

Space and Department Coordinators:

To access the ASPIRE application, you will need to access the Finance, HR, and Student Banner modules. Visit ASPIRE Access for more specific information on requesting access and download the required Banner Access and Support forms: Finance Access Form and Student Access Form.

Equipment Coordinators/Non Space Coordinators:

To access the ASPIRE application, you will need to access to General inquiry to space (building and room) information and access to Perceptive Content. Visit Non-Space Coordinator Access for more specific information on requesting access, and download the required access forms at Banner Access and Support forms: Finance Access Form.
