    May 1: Under Governor Gretchen Whitmer’s extended “Stay Home, Stay Safe” executive order, the current plan is to gradually resume face-to-face operations over the next three months in accordance with the state’s guidance and in compliance with best practices. We will have more to share about these plans next week.

    April 29: Under Governor Gretchen Whitmer’s extended “Stay Home, Stay Safe” executive order, all persons are required to wear face coverings when entering enclosed public spaces, including campus buildings and workspaces, where social distancing cannot be maintained.

    March 23: At a press conference this morning, Michigan Governor Gretchen Whitmer announced a statewide "Stay Home, Stay Safe" executive order to stem the increase in COVID-19 cases. Michigan Tech is implementing protocols to comply with this order. We do not anticipate the order to impact remote learning and instruction. More information will be forthcoming shortly.
