The Center for Student Mental Health and Well-being offers a variety of workshops each semester. The workshops offered may change each semester depending on interest or need for a particular topic. If you sign up for a workshop, you need to be able to attend all of the dates within the series (3-4 weeks in a row).

Summer 2021 Workshops
Open your mind. Manage stress. Get better sleep. Decrease self-judgement. This is an all-levels mindfulness class; perfect for beginners and people with mindfulness practice. Please note that this is a 4-week, 75 minute workshop.

Watch the introduction (about a minute long) to help understand how to use this workshop to move through your emotions and pick and choose modules that will help you feel better.
