Center for Student Mental Health and Well-being

Workshops

The Center for Student Mental Health and Well-being offers a variety of workshops each semester. The workshops offered may change each semester depending on interest or need for a particular topic. If you sign up for a workshop, you need to be able to attend all of the dates within the series (3-4 weeks in a row).

Please let us know if you have questions about workshops or suggestions for future workshop topics at well-being@mtu.edu
