Cookies and Coloring Books

Unwind with our student staff and counselors with some relaxing coloring and tasty treats throughout the semester. Please email for more information.

Husky Hour 

Join guest speakers at various times throughout the semester to engage in an hour of hands-on learning. Discuss with your peers, learn from our professional staff, and learn from our community partners. We can't wait to see you there! Board Game Group 

Join our student staff and counselors for our recurring board game nights throughout the semester! Relax with other students, make new friends, and play your favorite board games in the Wads Annex. Take some time to de-stress and build your community! Please email for more information.

Anxiety Screening

Have you been feeling anxious, nervous or on-edge lately? The CSMHW will be offering free anxiety screenings! Take a free  screening and chat with a clinical counselor about resources and additional information. Sign up for a time slot or just show up. (Note: The Anxiety Screening event is most appropriate and helpful for students who have not yet established services with a counselor.)

When: Thursday, March 21st | 10 a.m.2 p.m.

Let's Talk

Informally meet with a counselor within a confidential environment to have a brief conversation about a specific mental health question or concern. Let's Talk is meant to provide free consultations with a Michigan Tech counselor to all currently enrolled undergraduate and graduate students. 

The counselor facilitating Let's Talk will be equipped to listen to speciifc concerns, provide support, help the student explore solutions and will give information about appropriate resources. Read more about Let's Talk.
