Make sure to click Next to move to the second week of the pay period. When ready, click the Submit button at the bottom of your Timesheet. If you have submitted your Timesheet for approval, but need to make a correction to the Timesheet before it is approved, you can select Return Time at the bottom of the Timesheet to return the Timesheet back to yourself. Make any necessary changes, then submit your Timesheet for approval.

- After entering hours and clicking save (step 3 of Entering Hours on your Electronic Timesheet), click on the Account Distribution button to override any hours for that day to a different Index.
- Under the Current Account Distribution, note the Account listed for the current Index. This code will be used in step 6.
