Michigan Technological University’s H-STEM Steering Committee has selected a number
of consultants to assist with the development of the Project Vision, the Architectural/Engineering
services to develop the design and bidding documents, and Construction Manager services
to provide cost estimating and construction management.

The Michigan Tech H-STEM Engineering and Health Technologies Complex Project planning
process was overseen by two committees; the Steering Committee and the Planning Committee. Both committees were provided input from a Laboratory Design Team.
