Graduation

Graduation is the culmination of your college education. The Registrar’s Office must be informed of your intention to graduate through a graduation application.

Undergraduate Graduation Application

Students are required to complete a graduation application for each degree or certificate being pursued. The application becomes available to degree-seeking undergraduate students after earning 90 credit hours.

Cap and Gown

Candidates for graduation who are participating in commencement must purchase a cap, gown, and tassel. Students should wait until their ceremony semester to order their cap and gown.

Commencement

Information about the ceremony is updated each semester on the commencement site, including dates and times, venue information, and the commencement speaker.

Diploma Information

Diplomas are mailed to the address you provide in your graduation application. After recieving the original, graduates can also order a duplicate diploma or a digital copy of their diploma online.

For students not attending a commencement ceremony, diploma covers may be picked up from the Registrar's Office in the Administration Building, beginning two weeks before the end of the semester.

NOTE: Diploma covers will not be mailed.

Residency Requirements

Students must meet specific residency requirements in order to be eligible to graduate. The details of this requirement can be found in the Board of Trustees policies.
