Michigan Tech has a group of Lean practitioners who lead Lean transformations in their areas. These individuals have been through training, learning Lean tools and concepts. Some have continued their development by growing their knowledge and application of strategy deployment and Lean leadership skills. These individuals bring Lean and continuous improvement into their areas and help to cultivate a Lean culture at Michigan Tech.
