RSOs are not protected by FERPA; however, individual students are protected. As a result, the Office of Academic and Community Conduct will ensure that all personal and identifiable information is protected. The following identifies times that the Office of Academic and Community Conduct will notify other campus constituents:
- Notice of Conduct Conference: RSO leadership, Advisors, Student Leadership and Involvement Staff, and others on a need to know basis will be copied on the notice.
- Decision Outcome: RSO leadership, Advisors, Student Leadership and Involvement Staff and others on a need to know basis will be copied on the notice.
- Greek RSO: Interfraternity Council and/or Panhellenic Council will be provided notice after a case has concluded. Charge, outcome, and summary will be provided. Student Leadership and Involvement Staff will also be copied.
