Official transcripts are provided free of charge upon request from the Registrar's Office. Please keep in mind that all financial obligations to the University must be satisfied before a transcript will be released and transcript requests are processed as they are received with minimal turnaround time.

Methods of Requesting a Transcript
Students who graduated prior to 2003 must request a transcript in person, by email, fax or mail.
Current and former students who graduated in 2003 or later should log in to BanWeb and request an official or unofficial transcript by going to Student Services, then Student Records. If you have questions, email or call the Registrar’s Office.
Bring your Michigan Tech ID or other photo identification to the Registrar’s Office. Your transcript will be available immediately.

To request a transcript by email, or mail, complete and submit the transcript request form.
UPS or FedEx Delivery
For transcripts requiring overnight delivery, please include your MasterCard, Visa or Discover card number and expiration date along with your signed request.
Overnight requests are processed the same day if they are received by 12 noon Monday-Friday. Please note that transcripts sent out on Friday will not arrive over the weekend.
Overnight transcripts cannot be delivered to a PO Box, we must have a physical address. Requests for overnight delivery to a PO Box will not be processed.
UPS overnight service is available to the forty-eight contiguous states. The cost for this service is $30.
FedEx Priority service is available for parts of Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and International, and is priced by zone. Service for FedEx Priority is typically one, two or three business days.
