Is Marijuana Legal?

This website goes over the possession of marijuana for personal use, the sale or distribution of marijuana, the cultivation of marijuana, the hash & concentrates of marijuana, the paraphernalia of marijuana and other miscellaneous marijuana regulations. 

Marijuana On-Campus

Federally illegal drugs are defined by the Controlled Substances Act (CSA), and any amendments to that act. All forms of cannabis are federally illegal, including medical marijuana. Under CSA, marijuana and tetrahydrocannabinol (THC) in any form, including without limitation tinctures, edibles and tropicals, are classified as a Schedule I controlled substance. In compliance with the Drug-Free Schools Act, the possession, use, manufacture, and/or distribution of any federally illegal drug on University property is strictly prohibited.
