Tuition, course fees, student voted fees, on campus housing charges, other miscellaneous fines, and fees such as late fees, housing damage fines, etc. See Understand Your Bill for more information.

Fall bills are available in early July, Spring bills are available in late November/early December and Summer bills are available in early April. Emails are sent to students and guests with access, once the semester bill is available for payment. For additional information please see Pay Your Bill and Due Dates.

The University will issue a Fall pre-bill with an estimate of full-time semester tuition costs to all new incoming students. The amount due on the bill will change once the students’ course schedule is created to reflect charges including but not limited to tuition, lab/course fees, on-line instruction fee, inclusive/course access and student-voted fees. Students CANNOT confirm their enrollment for the current semester until they have a course schedule.

ALL students must confirm their enrollment prior to the Wednesday before the first day of class. Students confirm their enrollment by paying their balance due (either in full or their payment plan amounts) OR if no balance is due they MUST click the “Confirm Enrollment” button found on the Payments Page. You will need to set up guest access to allow someone to access your online bill. For additional information on how to pay the Student Bill via Guest Access, please see Pay Your Bill.
For directions on how so set up Guest Access for an individual please see Guest Access Setup. When you set them up you will assign a verbal security phrase to them. They MUST provide this security phrase and your M# each time they call with questions. If this is not provided, we CANNOT give them any specific information regarding your account.

You MUST still confirm your enrollment. You can confirm your enrollment by clicking on the “Confirm Enrollment” button found on the Payments Page. Please see Confirm Your Enrollment for additional information.

A second notice will be sent via email or you can access your bill online and pay anytime.

Initial semester refunds are initiated by the third week of the semester. After the initial refund process, accounts are reviewed and refunds are processed weekly. We recommend that students sign up for Accounts Payable direct deposit to prevent delays in refund processing. Please see Refunds for additional refund information.
