We thank you for your consideration of a gift to the Expansion Fund at Mont Ripley. Mont Ripley has become a skiing destination over the last 20 years. We must now continue to advance our operation to be sustainable into the future so we may continue to serve the needs of our Michigan Tech students, our local community, and the growing number of regional guests.
Chalet Upgrade & Expansion
Generous gifts to this fund will be used to upgrade and expand the chalet. The level of expansion, based on funds, varies from minor amenity upgrades to an entirely new chalet.
Top to Bottom Beginner Run
In order to best serve all guests, a new top to bottom beginner run is necessary. A new green run would be established to the far East side of the current skiable terrain.
Lifts & Equipment Upgrades
Lift and equipment maintenance, while not as exciting, cannot be overlooked. Gifts to this fund will help us maintain a high level of excellence and safety in lift operations and grooming.
Parking Lot Expansion
Another not-so-glamourous, but much needed upgrade is to the parking lot. Funds to the area will be used for the purchase of adjacent property allowing for an expansion of the current lot.
Alumni and Friends
This unrestricted fund is for all donors who wish to give generously to the future of Mont Ripley. It is dedicated to securing crucial contributions that may be put to immediate use for the greatest needs and opportunities. Our students, community members and regional guests will benefit directly from every dollar you gift.
