Teaching and research happen year 'round at the Ford Center. Because learning is our highest priority, guest lodging and conference facility availability may be limited—for example, during fall integrated field practicum (mid-August to mid-November) when Michigan Tech College of Forest Resources and Environmental Science students are in residence.

Payment
We accept cash, checks, Visa, and MasterCard. Schools and other organizations can be invoiced, if requested. Michigan Tech groups can use account billing.
We require a deposit of 10 percent or $100, whichever is less, at least two weeks prior to your event. The deposit is not refundable if the event is cancelled within 48 hours of its scheduled start.
