Homemade goodness, soup and salad bar, seasonal fruits and vegetables, and complete cafeteria-style meal service in a relaxed environment—our culinary staff is prepared to make your Ford Center dining experience satisfying and delicious.
Give us plenty of advance notice to accommodate dietary requirements and special dining arrangements. We offer banquets, conference break services, barbecues, theme parties, special occasion cakes, picnics, box lunches, vegetarian meals, healthy choice options, and hors d’oeuvres.

Meal service for groups of 10 or more includes two to three full meals served in the dining hall. We vary and expand our menu during extended stays—no eating the same old thing. Guests may add morning and evening snacks at an additional charge.
