East Hall
Start Date: October 2023
Expected Completion Date: August 2025
Located at the east entrance to campus, East Hall will increase and enhance the variety of dynamic living experiences on campus, giving on-campus student residents more options. With a focus on modern and sustainable features, the design and architecture of the residence hall features a vibrant and eco-friendly living space. The integration of technology will further enhance the overall experience, providing state-of-the-art amenities and facilities. East Hall will house more than 500 students and is slated to offer suites with both single and double occupancy bedrooms and semi-private baths. East Gateway Sign
Start Date: June 2025
Expected Completion Date: October 2025
Project Description: A new gateway sign will be constructed on the east end of campus at the northwest corner of the Cliff Drive and US-41 intersection.
Keweenaw Research Center (KRC) Test Support Building
Start Date: July 22, 2024
Expected Completion Date: Summer 2025
New facility for KRC vehicle testing and maintenance. The Keweenaw Research Center (KRC) is a multidisciplinary research center active across a broad spectrum of vehicle development encompassing military, industrial, and commercial vehicle applications for over 60 years.
