Mail Services

Mail Services at Michigan Tech specializes in convenient and cost-saving mailing and shipping services. They provide daily departmental mail delivery and can offer lower cost UPS and FedEx shipping rates and reduced-rate permit mailings. Envelope stuffing, sorting, and addressing are also available, but please note that these services require an additional three days for processing—contact Mail Services for more information.

Same-day mailing process

The US Postal Service, UPS, and Federal Express pick up outgoing off-campus mail daily at the times listed below. To take advantage of same-day outgoing mail services, please have your mail/packages delivered to Mail Services before these times.

Academic year:

3:00 PM for Federal Express
4:15 PM for UPS
4:00 PM for the US Postal Service

Summer:

1:30 PM for Federal Express
3:15 PM for UPS
3:30 PM for the US Postal Service
