Marilyn Clark (Metsa)
'73, '76Clark first worked as a Computer Programmer with A. C. Spark Plug, now Delphi, in Flint, Michigan. After receiving her masters, Clark joined Cummins Engine Company in Jamestown, New York. She became one of the first women shop floor supervisors. At that time, Cummins was developing quality of work life systems and this philosophy matched Clark's skills.

Scott Wazny
'94Renowned climber Yvon Chouinard said that when scaling mountains, he never felt scared, instead totally alive.
By that standard, Scott Wazny '94 is on cloud nine literally and figuratively. On May 30, 2005, he reached the summit of Mt. Everest.

The University has received estate gift funds of nearly $700,000 from the family of Robert, Rex and Paul Marshall, brothers and business partners, to support the Marshall Family Endowed Scholarship Fund for engineering students who demonstrate financial need and scholastic achievement.

'04Selected as a Modern-Day Technology Leader in the 22nd Annual Black Engineer of the Year Award, he received the award in Baltimore this February. Modern-Day Technology Leaders are people of color who are shaping the future of engineering, science, and technology through outstanding performance and achievements that merit national recognition.

Mark Malekoff
'08A native of Grand Prairie, a town of 55,000 residents in Northwestern Alberta, Canada, Malekoff came to Tech to play hockey; he says that he left a winner in all ways. He graduated in 2008 with a bachelor's degree in business administration, with a concentration in finance. "I've always been interested in business and entrepreneurship," he says.
