Submit a work request if you need something cleaned, repaired, installed, moved, replaced, constructed or remodeled. Work requests are processed for all maintenance, grounds, and custodial requests. Capital Project Planning Forms and Minor Project Forms are processed for all construction and renovation projects. Facilities personnel strive to respond to all requests in a timely manner.

- gas leak
- glass replacement affecting safety or security
- elevator outages
- water leaks
- flooding
- roof leaks
- heat below 60-degrees
