Financial Services

Facilities Financial Services provides supervision and direction for the whole of Financial and Administrative Support Services.  The Financial Services area also facilitates the budgeting process for Facilities Management.  Budgets are drafted, approved, monitored, modified, and analyzed through this area. Financial Services also compiles and processes monthly internal and external invoicing for maintenance, custodial and grounds projects.

  • Project budget Monitoring

HUMAN RESOURCES TASKS

  • Review department's Position Management reports
    • Recommend updates for items needing correction
  • Review FM payroll reports for accuracy
    • Recommend updates for items needing correction

PURCHASING TASKS

  • Purchase requisitions, purchase orders, and blanket purchase order creation
  • Oversee all invoice processing for the department
