Facilities Management's Administrative Support team is often your first point of contact
in Facilities Management. They handle the day-to-day communications, whether in person, or via telephone and email.
By working closely with all areas of Facilities, they ensure the department can respond to requests received promptly, efficiently, and
in an orderly fashion.
In addition to providing general administrative support, the Senior Office Assistants process University-wide utility and vendor invoices, monitor and document maintenance project labor hours, facilitate the submission of Human Resource paperwork for all staff and student hiring, and assist Central Receiving.
