Financial and Administrative Support Services

The Financial and Administrative Support Services unit of Facilities Management is the division of the department which is the conduit between Facilities Management and the MTU community and outside vendors.  These support services allow the department to participate in short and long term strategic decision-making by ensuring the integrity of the fiscal operations and records of financial transactions for daily operations, payroll, and construction projects, and facilitating the delivery of goods and service between Facilities Management and the university community.

Our team includes Financial Services, Administrative Support, Facilities Purchasing, and Central Receiving.
