Board of Trustees Committees
There shall be three standing committees of the Board, the Academic Affairs Committee, the Audit and Finance Committee, and the Leadership Committee. Immediately after the annual election of officers, the Chair Elect shall appoint members to the standing committees.
The Chair-Elect or Chair may establish or appoint members to additional committees. Additional committees may also be created or appointed by the Board at its discretion.
The Board of Trustees reserves exclusively unto itself any and all powers of deliberation toward the rendering of decisions on or in connection with public policy of any conceivable kind or character whatsoever. Committees shall be advisory in function and shall continue to advise the Board and the administration as they have in the past.
A quorum for any committee meeting shall consist of a majority of the voting members of the committee.
