As a member of the Enterprise Application Services team, within Information Technology, the position will assume a meaningful role in supporting the Oracle-based Ellucian Banner system and other administrative applications running on multiple hardware and software platforms. You will work closely with clients and peers to apply systems analysis and design techniques to analyze and evaluate business and/or educational needs. System Administrator

As a System Administrator within the Information Technology Enterprise Application Services group, you will be focused on maintenance and deployment of Red Hat Enterprise Linux and Windows servers running the administrative applications of the University. These servers support software which include, but are not limited to, Ellucian Banner ERP, Campus Card System, Research Microscopes, Sponsored Research Proposal Tracking, WebFOCUS and the Bookstore ERP/point of sale. The System Administrators in our Windows team are responsible for the effective provisioning, installation/configuration, operation, maintenance, security, and performance of a large number of Windows workstations and servers. You will work with your team to maintain the systems and services related to authentication (AD/ADFS/Kerberos), configuration management (SCCM/Endpoint), patch management (WSUS/Intune) and application packaging and distribution. This System Administrator position works with our Windows and Software Operations teams to build, package and deploy Windows software and operating systems for a large number of systems both on and off campus. You will work with your team to maintain the systems and services related to configuration management, application packaging, licensing, and distribution for a large number of software applications for the campus.
