Michelle Howell is the Director of Operations and Finance for University Relations and Enrollment at Michigan Technological University, where she provides strategic oversight of financial planning, resource management, and operational effectiveness. She also directs the University’s Leading Scholar Program, Michigan Tech’s most prestigious scholarship program. Michelle earned her Bachelor of Science from Utah Valley University, focusing on elementary education integrated with leadership and organizational strategy—a multidisciplinary foundation that informs her expertise in strategic planning, organizational leadership, and advancing institutional priorities in higher education.
