Michigan Tech Scholarship Application is due by 11:59 p.m. ET to be considered for the Leading Scholar Program. You must also have a completed application for admission on file by this date.

Decisions regarding Leading Scholar finalists will be sent out no later than November 30. Applicants chosen as finalists will receive an initial notification in their Husky Portal followed by a physical invitation in the mail with more event details.
December 2, 2026, 6 p.m. ET
Informational Webcast for finalists— During this session, we will go over what to expect during the on-campus Leading Scholar Finalist events. Finalists will receive the webcast registration link with their finalist invitation.
December 15, 2026
Deadline for invited finalists to register for one of the on-campus Leading Scholar events.
January 11, 15, 18, 22, 25, 29 & February 19 and 22:
Leading Scholar Finalist Competition dates—Finalists must attend one of these events to be considered for the Leading Scholar Award. Finalists should register for the day that works best for their schedule.
