Theresa A. Coleman-Kaiser became Senior Associate Vice President for Administration in 2017 after serving as Associate Vice President for Administration since 2015.  Coleman-Kaiser has held several administrative and operations positions at Michigan Tech since 1999.  Coleman-Kaiser currently oversees the A.E. Seaman Mineral Museum, the Office of Continuous ImprovementFacilities Management, Campus Auxiliary Services, and the Offices of Information Services and Finance and Planning within Administration.

Prior to Michigan Tech, Coleman-Kaiser worked at Grinnell College, St. Norbert College, and the University of Oregon in auxiliary services and student union roles.  She provides special expertise to the campus Incident Command Team, and has been trained in the FEMA Incident Command System.  Coleman-Kaiser is a Lean practitioner, a campus Lean facilitator, and serves as Vice Chair on the Board of Directors of the Michigan Lean Consortium.  Coleman-Kaiser holds the Certified Auxiliary Services Professional (CASP) certification from the National Association of College Auxiliary Services (NACAS).
