• Provides strategic leadership and oversight to the multiple services comprising Residential Living, a collective of residential services that includes Residence Education, Housing, Dining Services, and Residential Facilities
• Manages the business operations of Residential Living including, but not limited to partnerships with vendors, facility improvements, annual budget oversight, operational policies, procedures, practices, guidelines, communications, housing assignments/contracts etc
• Fosters collaborative partnerships across the campus on initiatives that will create a dynamic and transformative residential student experience
• Provides strategic planning in the development of new business initiatives involving housing, conferences, camps, and other innovative programs
